The Schweizer light turbine-powered series incorporates the best of two worlds: legacy of proven flight design originated in the 269 Series and state-of-the art turbine technology. Dating back to 1956 with the first TH-55A U.S. Army , the 269 Series includes more than 3,750 aircraft operating in more than 70 countries with more than 20 million total flight hours. Schweizer grew into the turbine engine series with the 333™ helicopter certified in 2000. Now the newly announced S-434™ helicopter will soon to take the sky.
