The primary objective of Sikorsky Aerospace Services' provisioning activities is to ensure that the appropriate level of initial parts is available to support our helicopter products. The provisioning effort provides the documentation and data required for customers to be able to acquire spare parts commensurate with the reliability predictions, and measured in service performance of helicopter components. Items recommended for provisioning are substantiated through a rigorous logistics support analysis process that encompasses repair level analysis, maintenance concept development and support resource identification. Provisioning activities are designed to provide the stated system readiness objectives as defined by individual customers.

STATEMENT OF PRIOR SUBMISSION (SPS)
A statement of prior identifies previously submitted items.
LEVEL OF REPAIR ANALYSIS (LORA)
The Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA) is instrumental in providing an optimized maintenance philosophy based upon a cost rational. This analysis can be implemented as a standalone analysis, but is generally integrated in the Logistics Support Analysis.
PACKAGING, HANDLING, STORAGE, AND TRANSPORTATION (PHS&T)
Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation identifies requirements for air vehicle or system transportation.
MAINTENANCE PLAN (MP)
The Maintenance Plan identifies the maintenance support concept for a weapon system. Identification of maintenance levels, and all support resources is part of a maintenance plan.
INTERIM SUPPORT ITEMS LIST (ISIL)
The Interim Support Items List provides our customers with the items required for initial support.
PROVISIONING PARTS LIST (PPL)
Provisioning is the process of determining the range and quantity of specific items of supply necessary to operate and maintain an end item for an initial period of operation.
DESIGN CHANGE NOTICE (DCN)
A design change notice is a document prepared to notify the provisioning activity of an approved design change.
ENGINEERING DATA FOR PROVISIONING (EDFP)
EDFP is technical data that provides a definitive identification of functional, dimensional, material, mechanical, electrical, or other characteristics adequate to plan for maintenance and logistics support of the equipment.
