Christian Meisner serves as Vice President, Human Resources, at Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation.
His responsibilities include ensuring the company has the talent, organization, and HR process excellence to support Sikorsky's strategic business priorities, including execution of critical programs, accelerated global growth initiatives, and high organizational effectiveness.
Meisner joined United Technologies Corporation in 2003 at Carrier as the Human Resources Director for the global Operations function before moving to Singapore as Director, Human Resources for Carrier's Asia Pacific business. He returned to the United States in 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources, Building Systems & Services and then joined the UTC Corporate office in 2007 where he directed UTC's global talent function, including executive staffing, succession planning, and leadership development. Prior to UTC, Meisner held HR leadership positions in the publishing and automotive industries at Tribune Company and Ford Motor Company.
He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Villanova University and a master's degree in labor and industrial relations from Michigan State University.
