Sikorsky was assisted in this sale by Oxford Aviation Services Limited, trading as Lynton Aviation Aircraft Sales, one of Sikorsky's non-exclusive sales representatives for sales in the U.K. Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).
